Abstract
7. září 1641, Vídeň
Císař Ferdinand III. potvrzuje listinu z 21. listopadu 1627 (č. 10) a ustanovuje, aby koleji připadly také "řehořovský" dvůr a mlýn "šmilauerský". Kdyby pak se kolej nemohla v Jihlavě udržet, připadlo by všechno nadání jezuitskému řádu i s fundací Fleischovskou.
