Bernard z Kamenice, probošt staroboleslavský, dává se souhlasem staroboleslavské kapituly plnou moc Janovi z Klimberka, aby rozhodl jeho spor s klášterem cisterciaček na Starém Brně o hranice mezi klášterním statkem Hustopečemi a proboštským Nikolčicemi.
