Propst Kraft (... K. prepositus1 ...) und das Kapitel des Chorherrenstifts Grossmünster Zürich weisen dem Pfründer Konrad am Jakob und Leodegar-Altar (... per virum discretum Chvonradum prebendarium altaris sanctorum Jacobi maioris apostoli et Leodogarii martirum2 ...) wegen dessen ihnen erwiesenen Freigebigkeit Güter zu Leibding und Jahrzeit an.
