    Item quatenus Vlrico Goessler1 clerico Constan(ciensis) diocesis sibi specialem graciam facientes de beneficio ecclesiastico cum cura vel sine cura vacante vel vacaturo spectante comuniter vel divisim ad collationem etc. abbatis et conventus monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti dicte diocesis eidem dignemini misericorditer providere, et cum aliis non obstan(tibus) et clausulis opportunis ut in forma.
