Abstract
(vor 24. September) 1175, Konstanz
Bischof Berthold von Konstanz1 entscheidet nach teilweise gewaltsamen Auseinandersetzungen einen Streit um die Kirche Langrickenbach2 zwischen dem Diakon und Domherrn Ulrich und dem Diakon Berthold von Andwil3 (. . . Bertoldum diaconum de Annenwillare . . .) dahin, dass Ulrich die Kirche Bodman4 erhält, während Berthold auf seine angeblich erblichen Ansprüche auf Grund einer sich als falsch erweisenden Urkunde verzichtet und darauf mit der Kirche Langrickenbach investiert wird. - Datumsformel: . . . in tempore Ovlrici abbatis sancti Galli5 . . .
