      Walthervs dei gratia sancti Galli abbas1 universis presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in eo, qui est auctor totius salutis. Ut facta mortalium || decedentibus ipsis permanere valeant incorrupta, solent et literis et testibus memorie commendari. Noverit igitur cuncta posteritas, quod cum vir illusltris comes Hartmannus de Kibvrc2 dimidium mansum situm in villa, que vocatur Tegirnovvve3, apud Grvoningin4 a nobis teneret in feodo, idem, || sicut ei placuit, feodum ipsum per literas suas5 et nuntium specialem libere in nostris manibus resignavit, et quod Vvetzilo de Heidilberg6 noster fidelis, cum alteram partem eiusdem mansus similiter a nobis teneret in feodo, ipse etiam idem feodum propria manu nobis voluntarie resignare decrevit. Ceterum nos eundem mansum cum consensu nostri capituli ecclesie in Rivti7 Premonstratensis ordinis ad honorem dei et sancte genitricis sue gloriose virginis Marie, que in loco ipso patrona existit, in emphythesym concessimus sub annuo censu unius libre cere monasterio nostro in festo beati Galli annis singulis persolvende. Ut ergo concessio predicta omni tempore maneat inconvulsa, nos eam literis presentibus sigillo nostro sigilloque nostri capituli roboratis ecclesie memorate ipsam duximus confirmandam. Dat. apud sanctum Gallum, anno dominice incarnationis M°.CC°.XL°III°. indict. IIa. in kl. decembr. Testes, qui interfuerunt resignationi per literas et nuntium memorati Hartmanni comitis facte, sunt hii: Bvrchardus prepositus sancti Galli8, Cvonradus de Vomlichon9 sacerdos et monachus noster, Liutoldus plebanus in Vvatvvilla10, Bvrchardus plebanus in Vvaltchilch11, Heinr. villicus in Berge12, Rvodolfus miles de Berge, Rvodolfus Shvllo et alii quamplures. Testes vero, qui interfuerunt resignationi Vvetzilonis, sunt hii: Item Burchardus plebanus in Vvaltchilch, Livtoldus nobilis de Babingin13, Vvaltherus de Bichilnse14, Vvaltherus de Altstetin15, Rvodolfus de Svnnvnberg16, Rvodolfus de Galgannvn17, Cvonradus de Mose18 et alii quamplures.
