Ego in Dei nomine Scoppo trado ad monasterium sancti Gall i pro animç mee remedio quicquid in Loubmeissa1 in quacumque re possidere videor, ut perennis temporibus ad jam dictum coenobium maneat delegatum; ea ratione, ut easdem res ad me recipiam et annis singulis IIII denarios in censum persolvam. Similiter tota cognatio agat mea, si libera per- maneat. Si in servitutem redacta fuerit, ad ipsum coenobium prçfate res redeant perpetim possidendç. Nullus autem hanc traditionis cartulam temerario ausu inrumpere valeat; sed omni tempore firma et stabilis permaneat stipulatione subnexa. Actum in ipso monasterio, presentibus quorum hic signa contineutur. Signum Scopponis, qui banc cartam fieri rogavit. sig. Luto. Waltfrid. Willibelm. Thiotbart. Craloh. Thiotpold. Grermunt.
