    Post quem, Albertus de Beile, rogatu suorum in regia, comitisque majoris Roberti violentia, intrusus, ab omnibus cum terribili exe- cratione est refutatus. Nam, crucifixo ante valvas ecclesie constituto, cartulam de eolio suspenderunt inscriptam, horrenda interdictione, qua prohibebatur ne non electus sedem episcopalem auderet preoc- cupare. Quod cum fautores ejusdem Alberti pro nichilo ducerent, unus eorum, ut audivit, arreptam cartulam in tanta detraxit, ut crucifixam Domini ymaginem facie tenus terre dejiceret. Quo facto, clericis in diversa dispersis, bonisque eorum direptis, invasor eccle- siam per aliquantulum temporis preoccupavit, cum, ex improviso ab Kustatio, advocato, interceptus, mutilata lingua, abscissisque sum- mitatibus articulorum, digno cum dedecore, caruit quod irreverenter presumpsit.
