Papst Pius V. bestätigt den Grafen Jakob Hannibal von Hohenems als Gouverneur der Städte Spoleto, Visso und Ceretto, wozu ihn sein Vorgänger Papst Pius IV. ernannt hatte. Rom in St. Peter unter dem Fischerringe an 12. Januar 1566 im ersten Jahr seines Pontifikats.
