Hans Mutter zu Braz und seine Ehefrau Magdalena verkaufen der Kirche St. Nikolaus in Braz einen Martinizins von einem Pfund Pfennig um 20 Pfund Pfennig aus ihrem Gut in Braz, genannt der Münchenacker, stößt an Ulrich Mutters, Christian Brügels und an Jos Schallers Güter.
