Cupientes, Christi fideles ad uberiorem deuocionem suarumque animarum salutem per donorum spiritualium graciam prouocare, omnibus uere penitentihus et deuocionis causa ad capellam sancte Dorothee sitam in ecclesia Scotorum in Wienna confluentibus xL dies de iniuncta sibi penitencia in singulis festiuitatibus nec non in anniuersario eiusdem capelle dedicacionis de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum apostolorum Petri et Pauli confisi suffragiis, dummodo ad id dyocesani consensus accesserit et voluntas, in domino misericorditer relaxamus.
