    Chuonradus, dei gratia Episcopus ecclesie Frisingensis, vniuersis Austrie fidelibus salutem in eo, qui est omnium vera salus. Cupientes, Christi fideles quibusdam muneribus illectivis, indulgenciis videlicet et remissionibus peccatorum, ad pietatis et misericordie opera inuitare, vt exinde diuine reddantur gratie aptiores, omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui capellam sancte Dorothee, situatam in ecclesia Scotorum Wienne, in singulis festiuitatibus ipsius capelle nec non in anniuersario dedicacionis eiusdem causa deuocionis accesserint, de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum apostolorum eius Petri et Pauli confisi suffragiis quadraginta dies iniuncte ipsis penitentie, dummodo ad id dyocesani consensus accesserit et uoluntas, misericorditer in domino relaxamus.
