Nos Elyzabet dicta de Rauchenstain tenore presencium publice profitemur, quod vna cum voluntate bona et consensu Agnetis filie nostre et generi nostri domini Alberonis dicti de Chvnringen maturo eciam prehabito consilio dimidium predium, quod habuimus in Celderndorf, quod proprietatis jure ad nos pertinebat, de quo nobis dimidia libra et nouem denarii vsualis monete singulis annis censualiter persoluebantur, in modum concambii et permutacionis donauimus libere et dedimus cum omni jure, quo ipsum habebamus, honorabilibus viris domino Wilhalmo venerabili abbati et conuentui ecclesie sancte Marie Scothorum in Wienna pro quodam predio alio dimidio, quod in Scharwarn iidem domini habuerunt, de quo quidem predio dimidio quinque solidi denariorum monete predicte occasione census annui persoluentur. Ceterum obligauimus nos in solidum vna cum filia nostra et genero nostro predicto et heredibus ipsorum pro facienda defensione et tuicione ipsis dominis suprascriptis, saluos eos reddendo penitus et liberos ab omni grauamine seu impeticione, que racione dimidii predii prefati in Celderndorf ipsis a quibuscumque hominum posset in posterum suboriri. Huius vero permutacionis et facti testes sunt viri nobiles et honesti, dominus Leutoldus de Chvonringen pincerna Avstrie, dominus Calochus de Ebersdorf camerarius Avstrie, dominus Wuluingus de Keiowe, dominus Chvonradus de Potendorf, dominus Otto de Haselhowe ministeriales, dominus Bernoldus de Telesprvnne, dominus Griffo, dominus Chvnradus Hormarctarius, dominus Otto et Haimo fratres, dominus Chvnradus et Hainricus fratres de Praitenuelde, dominus Vlricus filius magistri monete milites et alii quam plurimi fide digni. In cuius eciam rei testimonium et euidenciam firmiorem presentes litteras sigillo nostro et generi nostri domini Alberonis predicti sigilli munimine fecimus communiri. Datum in Seuelt anno domini Mo. CCo. X CVIIIIo., XoIIIIo kalendas Septembris.
