Leupoldus dei gracia dux Austrie Stirie vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in domino. Notum esse cupimus tam presentibus quam futuris, quia nos predium nostrum in Praitenlee, quod Leupoldus de Molanstorf a nobis in feodo habuit, ecclesie scotorum in Wienna contulimus donauimus cum voluntate et assensu eiusdem Leupoldi pincerne nostri nullo penitus reclamante. Et ne quisquam deinceps memoratum cenobium in eodem predio grauare valeat aut inquietare ullo modo, set iam dictum cenobium semper possessione gaudeat, iubemus eisdem presentem cedulam sigilli nostri munimine roborari in testimonium rei geste.
