Der Generalabt Petrus bedankt sich für die Spende von Schlägl, die Propst Bernhard durch den Abt von Ursberg wegen der in Frankreich grassierenden Pest überbringen ließ.

      Laborauit per hæc tempora Gallia decennali fere pestilentiæ lue, vnde ordinis consueta alias capitula(1) Præmonstrati(2) diutius celebrari non poterant, nec subsidia aliqua a sui ordinis coenobijs ecclesia Præmonstratensis acquirere, quare ad extremam inopiam redacta est. Erat tunc ordinis nostri caput Petrus(3) quidam, hic ad Plagenses(4) litterulas aliquas sub dato 16 octobris 1420 misit, in quibus magno affectu gratias refert de aliquot florenulis, quos se â Plagensibus in extrema sua necessitate per abbatem Vrspergensem(5) recepisse testatur.
