Papst Clemens X. bevollmächtigt den Offizial von Wien auf Bitte Tilemanni Hanseen de Capellenberg laici seu clerici Viennensis civitatis seu diocesis, der mit einer nun verstorbenen Witwe verheiratet war, diesen von der Irregularität zu absolvieren und zur Ordination zuzulassen.
