Nos hainricus dei gracia ecclesie Lambacensis Abbas protestamur vniuersis presentibus et futuris hanc litteram inspecturis, quod antecessor noster pie memorie Wernhardus Abbas domino Chuenrado de Osternach et sue vxori Haedewice et filio suo friderico simul et omni posteritati eorundem agrum situm inter agrum in kirichberg, qui ecclesiam Lambacensem dinoscitur adtinere, hereditario iure contulerat Excepto hoc solo, quod quamdiu fridericus filius dicti Chůnradi aduiueret, Elizabeth soror friderici a predicto agro modis omnibus esset exclusa, mortuo uero friderico soror ipsius Elizabeth vt ceteri fruentur jure hereditario, jnterposita tali condicione, quod dominus Chunradus siue sui successores singulis annis jn Natiuitate beate uirginis de eodem agro xl. denarios ecclesie nostre soluere tenerentur. Nos vero ad peticionem domini Chůnradi prenominati, qui eciam iuramento promisit ad manus nostras, quod ecclesie nostre et hominibus nostris in omnibus fidelis velit existere presentem itaque litteram Sigilli nostri appenssionis munimine renouacione duximus roboratam (sic). Testes sunt: ditmarus de Loch, Heinricus de Stille, fridericus de Schützing, Otto et Siboto de Samatinge, Fridericus de Tambach, Hartmanus de Weidach, Ditmarus de Pawrowe, Vdalricus officialis de Haetenperg, Otto de klus, fridericus de Schretental et Alii quam plures. Datum in Lambach Anno domini M°cc°lxj°. (Diese Jahreszahl ist sicher unrichtig und bezieht sich vielleicht auf die erste Vererbrechtung.)
