    Vniversis presentem paginam inspecturis Heinricus Marscalcus Austrie, qui dicitur Supan, Salutem eternam. Ad perpetuam rei memoriam per presentem litteram recognosco, nichil mihi ivris conpetere in rebus et possessionibus sev hominibus Monasterij de Lambach neque quoad aduocatiam neque quoad alivd ivs quodlibet, ratione cvjus in aliquo mihi seruitio teneantur. Vnde promitto, quod neque in rebus eorum neque in hominibus aliquod eis de cetero dampnum uel inivriam irrogabo spondens, quod, si deinceps in aliquo huiusmodj per me vel per homines meos grauati fuerint domini de Lambach, in sexcentis libris ipsis tenear, in quibus me confiteor eis fore per ivdicialem sententiam condempnatum. Huius rei testes sunt: Albero de Chvnringe, Otto de Meissawe, Heinricus de Liechtenstain, Sifridus orphanus, Kadoldus frater eius, Chunradus de Hintperch, Wulfingus de Arnstain, Otto frater eius, Perhtoldus de Arnstain, Otto, Wichardus, Ernsto de Necteis (?), Wernhardus frater eius, Wulfingus de Weitra et herbordus, Ortolfus de Tachsperch, Wulfingus de Tyernstain, Wernherus de weittra, Albertus conctus et alii quam plures. Preterea ivs, quod pertinet ad iudicivm prouinciale, mihi remanet sicut actenus inconuulsvm. Et ut ista robur obtineant firmitatis, sigillo meo et sigillo fratris mei Alberonis de Chunringe nec non et uiri nobilis Heinrici pincerne de habispach presens instrumentum studuj roborare. Acta sunt hec Anno domini M. CC. LV. Idibus Decembris.
