    In christi nomine. Nouerint omnes christi fideles presentes et futuri, qualiter christianus episcopus et comes arnolf lites, quibus actenus inuicem erga nemus discordabant, conposuerunt. Abnuit ergo se predictus episcopus in loco, qui dicitur steinuelda, duarum hobarum contra comitem a(rnolfum). E contra prefatus comes concessit episcopo et seruis, qui habitant pettinpah, a uia, que dicitur hiparslippa usque ad illum locum, qui dicitur scarta, totum usum exceptis feris et euulsionibus, liberi quoque tributum persoluerent. Et huius scahhi se abrenuntiauit, qui est inferius scarta usque in pulblicam (sic) uiam, que pergit de pettinpah usque ad egininstein, quocumque modo libitum esset vtendum feris exceptis. Et abnuit se illius scahhi de profundissimo angulo contra egininstein, qui attinet in siluam in parte alpana, uti rectissime potest adiri in campum, qui uocatur zizanasheim, seruis vtendum sine tributo feris exceptis et euulsione, liberi quoque censum persoluerent. E regione abnuit se episcopus contra comitem A. illius celle, que est inferius zizanasheim, que nuncupatur stochheim. Iterum e contra abrenuntiauit se comes A. contra episcopum et monasterium illius silue a capite recti sippinpahchi, uti rectissime potest adiri in chremisam et ut ipse predictus riuus oriente defluit ex silua, quocumque modo libitum esset utendum feris exceptis, euellendum a finibus agrorum, quantum uellent, eo tamen tenore, quod nullus imponatur domos aedificandas. Et abnuit se longitudinis inter sippinpah et liupilinpah ab initiis agrorum et transuerso contra nemus longitudine decem iurnalium feris exceptis et euulsione, seruis utendum absque tributo, liberi quoque censum persoluerent Et abnuit se nouellarum, que in nemus facte fuissent et que illo die arabiles et fenibiles essent. Et terciam partem foeni in superiori harda Eo pacto, ut hec coadunatio ita perageretur. Et sine hac conpactione ultro ad alpanase nauim concessit vnam.
