Bischof Ulrich von Passau bestätigt den Ablassbrief der 4 Kardinäle (vom 10. Juni 1462 Viterbo) für die Filialkirche zu Zell, Steinerkirchen, und verleiht ausserdem dieser Kirche zu Zell einen Ablass von 4o und 8o Tagen.
