Abt Thomas und der Konvent von Wolhering kaufen ein Haus in Krems in der hindern Landstraß gegen dem geslen über, da man durch die zuntstuben aushin geet von Konrad Stockhaimer; sie verpflichten sich, allen Forderungen wie die anderen Bürger nachzukommen.
