Felicitas Guizzin, verwitwete Endertinn, (mit ihrem Beistand Franz Xaver Simoni, bürgerl. Kaminkehrer) verkauft der Elisabeth Meßnerin, geborene Eggerin und Frau des Schueller, (mit ihrem Beistand Johann von Grimming, Stadtgerichtspraktikant) ihr Stöckl im sogenannten Salzmayrhaus um 750 fl. und 2 Dukaten Leihkauf (GH: DK, Dienst: 1 ß d).
