Bischof Johann Francisc von Chiembsee, Graf zu Preyßing, verleiht dem Georg Lackhner zu Häpach als Lehenträger für die St. Jakobskirche zu Coppl im Chiembseer Gericht Coppl das Gut Spegsteig im Gericht Coppl neuerlich zu Lehen.
