    In nomine domini amen. Ne ea, que fiunt in tempore, simul cum processu temporis a memoria hominum sicut vmbra repente transeant et labantur, necesse est, vt scripture testimonio, quod obliuionis vicium non patitur, eternentur. Hinc est, quod ego Albero de puchaim ad noticiam vniuersorum presens scriptum intuentium cupio peruenire, quod ob remedium progenitorum meorum et precipue, vt salus mea ex hoc apud dominum augeatur, ecclesie hospitalis sancte Marie in pyrno monte de bona et libera voluntate donauj curiam in půhel sitam in valle Gerstensi et vnum mansum in Kirchdorf perpetuo possidendum. vt autem hec mea donatio robur teneat perpetue firmitatis, presentem litteram scribi fecj et sigilli mej munimine in cautelam et euidens testimonium roborarj. Testes vero sunt Heinricus nepos meus de Erenvels, Otto et Wuluingus fratres de Kamera, Cunradus dictus Hohmannus, Hoholdus et Gotefridus de kamera, Cunradus dictus Syppech et alij quam plures fide dignj. Datum jn domo Hospitalis predicti Anno dominj M. CC. LX.X.X. V. kalendas Julij.
