    Otacherus dei gratia dominus regni Boemie, dux Austrie et styrie, Marchio Morauie omnibus Mutarijs in nostro dominio constitutis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Quia venerabilem virum abbatem in Maennsee eiusdemque loci conuentum in nostram protectionem recepimus et fauorem, gratiam eis fecimus specialem, vt vinum et alia victualia sua singulis annis per mutas terre nostre sine omni exactione libere debeant pertransire. mandamus igitur vniuersitati vestre, vt hanc gratiam ipsis factam nullus ministerialium nec aliquis mutariorum siue judicum nostrorum nec aliqua sublimis humilisue persona presumat infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire, pro certo scientes, quod transgressores huius mandati in Rebus et personis sine misericordia puniemus.
