Otacharus Dei gratia Dux Austriae et Marchio Moraviae Officialibus suis in Stain et Ibsa gratiam suam et omne bonum. Quia dilectum Nobis Abbatem et Conventum in Mennse in Nostram protectionem recepimus et favorem, gratiam sibi conferentes specialem, ut sua victualia singulis annis per Nostras Mutas sine omni exactione libere transducat. Volumus igitur et mandamus, ne quis auso temerario hanc Nostrae Clementiae donationem ipsi praesumat infringere ullo casu. Dat. Wienn. IV. Kal. Januarii.
