Herzog Albrecht (V.) von Österreich, Steiermark, Kärnten und Krain, Markgraf von Mähren und Graf von Tirol verleiht Hans von Ebersdorf, oberster Kämmerer in Österreich, näher beschriebenen Zehent und Güter in Rauchenwarth, auf Bitte Pauls des Ritzendorfer, der sie diesem verkauft hat und das Lehen zurücklegt.
