Otto von Maissau, oberster Marschall und oberster Schenk in Österreich, belehnt Ulrich den Hohenwarther von Hohenwarth mit einem Hof samt Zugehörungen in Streitdorf, einem Hof samt Zugehörungen in Herzogbierbaum, 2 Viertel Weingarten zu Maissau, 3 Lehen zu Puch samt halbem Zehent auf etlichen Gründen in den Pfarren Großstelzendorf und Niederrußbach.
