Hans der Habrucker von Obermixnitz verkauft einen Zehent zu Untersiebenbrunn, der Lehen Herzog Albrechts IV. ist, und eine dortige Geldgült, die Lehen Albers von Eckhartsau ist, um 32 lbd an die Brüder Albrecht und Philipp von Hundsheim.
