Gurk fünf Hofstätten (Gurker Lehen) und das "pawe", das unter dem Haus zu Metnitz gelegen ist an dem Rennweg um 15 Mark Silber und 4 1/2 Mark Friesacher Pfennige unter der Bedingung, alles binnen Jahresfrist um den gleichen Preis zurück kaufen zu können.
