Die Witwe Susanna Frey urkundet für sich und ihre Kinder aus der Ehe mit Alex Frey, dass sie Schloss und Herrschaft Welzenegg und den dazugehörigen Burgfried, die ihr verstorbener Ehemann von Christoph Freiherrn von Welz gekauft hat, an Wolf Gottfried Strasser von Neidegg, Kollnitz und Leonstein um 28000 Gulden und 127 Dukaten Leikauf verkauft habe.
