Andres Lang, Anwalt zu Viktring und Schaffer zu Werd beurkundet, dass er an Stelle seines Bruders Paul, des Propstes zu Werd (Maria Wörth), dem Christian Tuchscherer und dessen Ehefrau Margret die Taverne zu Werd samt einem Wiesenfleck und ein Gut im Klin bei Albersdorf (Allmanstorff) zu Kaufrecht verliehen habe.
