Kaspar Mordax zu Portendorf (Mordachs zu Partndorf) verkauft drei Äcker, gelegen beim Dorf Pobersach (Pobresach) jenseits der Gurk, angrenzend an einen Acker der St. Ulrichskirche auf dem "Kernperg" (= Ulrichsberg) und an des Propstes von Tainach Acker und an ein ödes Feld unterhalb der von Klagenfurt nach Völkermarkt führenden Landstraße, samt einer Mühle der Kirche St. Lorenzen an der Gurk (unterhalb der Kirche St. Thomas) und ihren Zechleuten Simon Mayr zu Hermansdorf und Peter dem Besprüe um 12 Pfund Pfennig.
