Abstract
23. Februar 1624, Wien
Kaiser Ferdinand II. erteilt dem Jacob Sezel einen Passbrief auf in Ungarn, Mähren, Ober- und Niederösterreich (jedoch ausgenommen die Gebiete im Umkreis von 3 Meilen um Steyr und Waidhofen, und 4 Meilen um Scheibbs und Windischgarsten) zu erkaufende und nach Wien zu transportierende Viktualien auf vier Monate.
