Abstract

26. August 1288, St. Paul

Otto, Chunradus et Ortolfus fratres de Cholnitz verkaufen dem Abte Dietrich von St. Paul für die bereits erhaltenen achtzehn Mark Silber ,omnem aduocaciam, quam aput s. Martinum et in aliis bonis habuimus ecclesie prenotate nec non omnia alia iura, que in prefatis prediis de iure uel de facto nobis competere videbantur‘. Testes: De conventu Johannes prior, Heinricus capellanus, Chunrados sacerdos de Pruel, frater Otto, frater Heinricus; de laicis dns Sifridus et dns Duringus frater suus, milites dicti de Alpe, Hartmudus de Cholnicz; de familia dni abbatis Nycolaus notarius, Karolus subdyaconus presentium annotator, Fridericus Aehter, Ruegerius Wigpoto et a. q. p.
