Eb Max Gandolf wechselt von Felix Pflanzmann gegen die Grundherrschaft eines Grundstücks an der Urslauer Ache im Gänskragen die Grundherrschaft des Gutes am Schallmoos (Schalmos) im Pfleggericht Neuhaus ein. 
Original dating clause: den 15 Monatstag Februarii als man zalt nach Christi unsers lieben herrn und Selligmachers gnadenreicher Geburt im 1672 Jahr
