Entscheidung des Eb Georg, dass das Erbtruchsessamt dem Erbschenkamt vorgehen solle, doch soll diese Entscheidung den Inhabern besagter Erbämter und ihren Erben an ihren Gerechtigkeiten künftig unpräjudizierlich sein.
