Bitte des Kardinals Matthäus an Papst Clemens VII., dass er ihm zur Pfarrkirche zu Zell im Zillertal, welche er bisher als Kommende besessen hat, nunmehr aber dem Ambros von Lamberg, Domdechant von Salzburg, zediert hat, den Rücktritt vorbehalten wolle.
