Papst Clemens VII. bestätigt und erneuert Kardinal Eb Matthäus das Privileg, dass er auch abwesend von Rom sich aller Prärogationenerfreuen solle, welche die in der Curie anwesenden Kardinäle genießen, dann die Befugnis, Benefizien aller Art zu vergeben. (Abschrift)
