Eb Bernhard verleiht dem Paul Rumel das zum Maria Magdalena Kloster gehörige Haus und Sag in dem Burgfrieden zu Friesach unter dem Geiersberg (Geyersperg) für sich, seine Gattin und seine Leibeserben zu Kaufrecht.
