Heinrich Hemel sendet zu Gunsten des Leonhard Waginger eine Schwaige, genannte Schwarzach in der Pfarre Zell (Celler Pfarr), ein Gut Mayrhofen in der Taurach bei Radstadt (Rastat), die Güter Gronau (chronaw) in der Pfarre Bramberg (Premberger Pfarr), Wolfszagel, Predil in der Ebenau (Ebnaw), Datzlippen im Gericht zu Kuchl, Gerhartspach im Eugendorfer Gericht und ein Lehen bei Brunting in der Pfarre Bergheim (Perkthaimer Pfarr) auf.
