Rupert Zändel sendet eine Schwaige zu Mosen in der Pfarre St. Johann, einen Hof genannt Forsthub (Varsthub) in der Pfarre Taxenbach (Tachsenpacher Pfarr), ein Gütl in der Au (Awe) und auf dem Nokch und ein Gut zu Prannt in der Pfarre St. Veit zu Gunsten seines Sohnes Friedrich auf. 
Original dating clause: Geben an freitag vor Gregorii Anno MCCCCXII.
