Gebhardus dei gratia Patauiensis episcopus Omnibus christi fidelibus in perpetuum. Cum plerumque facta mortalium a uigore memorie temporum mutabilitates labantur, nisi fuerint scripture testimonio confirmata, hinc est, quod tenore presentium posteris decreuimus relinquendum, nos super altare, quod in honore sanctorum confessorum Rudberti et Martini ex uno latere chori patauiensis ereximus, hubam in Schaertenberch sitam in loco, qui Schonenbach nuncupatur, Alteram uero in barrochia Engelhartscelle sitam in loco, qui uulgo dicitur henwalcharen, et in Prvnst ad duos modios super Altare secundum, quod in honore beate Katherine et sancti thome martyris ex oposito latere chori ereximus, cum omni integritate pro dote delegasse ea conditione adiecta, ut quicunque uicarius noster siue successorum nostrorum in choro extiterit, tam dictis altaribus tam in diuinis quam in luminaribus teneatur per curriculum anni de supradictis redditibus prouidere. Insuper omnis missa (sic) defunctorum, preter in quibus funus presens fuerit, in ipsis altaribus statuimus celebrandas. Ut autem hec nostra traditio perenne robur obtineat ac semper maneat inconuulsa, tam scripture quam sigilli nostri munimine ac testium subscriptione eam duximus confirmandam. Testes sunt Chunradus decanus, Chunradus Tumplebanus, Chunradus custos, Willehalmus cantor, Magister Dietzo scolasticus, Eberhardus de fivhtenbach, Siboto Patauienses canonici, fridericus notarius, hartlibus cakingarius, fridericus de peschinge et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno ab incarnatione domini M. CC. XXVII. Indictione XV. Pontificatus nostri anno VI.
