Emperor Stefan Uroš promises to the citizens of Dubrovnik that he will not place any further demands on them regarding the island of Mljet and instructs them to cooperate with Kotor noblemen Base Bivoličić and Tripe Buća, to whom he has granted the island as a hereditary possession.
