János Jazow-i prépost és a konvent bizonyítják, hogy Zsigmond király 1430. december 6-án kelt parancsára Peren-i Imre fiait: Jánost és Istvánt, Radwan-i Benedek királyi ember Péter pap konventi kiküldött jelenlétében NogIda várba, NogIda, Komarus, Zestha, Checz, Makroncz, Bodolo, Lancz, Peren, Dedk, Panyk, Suhta, Wywar, Kezepnemethy, Kethnicznemethy, Sandornemethy, Zykzo, Hernadnemethy birtokokba, Sadan, Zynye és Sobrakhaza pusztákba Abauj megyében (Abawywariensi) teljes jogon bevezette. Datum octavo die festi Conversionis beati Pauli apostoli, anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo tricesimo primo.
