Traditit idem (Uvin)therus proprietatis sue hobam unam in loco qui dicitur Loupach iuxta lignum domini, ad altare sancte Marie et in manus Ottonis aduocati presente et conprobante episcopo Ellenhardo. Pro hac traditione ex proprietate ecclesie et ex beneficio Ottonis filii Perhtoldj co(mitis) ipso permittente atque petente per manus etiam Ottonis aduocati eidem Uvinthero tradita est ab episcopo hoba vna in proprietatem in loco qui dicitur Alarun. Actum est istud con(cam)bium aput Udimaresphelt anno domini MLX., XVII. kal. Iunii, feria iii. Pentecostes. Eadem commutatio iuramento conlaudata est a familia presente agente et confirmante. Hi sunt testes, liberi homines Rotpreht, Cotti, Timo, Heriman, Ozi, Hadamar, de familia Gerolt, Albrich, Phedigoz, Liutpolt, Ederam, Waltman, Ogo, Managolt, Chuonrat.
