Juan Fernández, hijo de Fernan Martínez y Marina Eanes, otorga carta de quitación a favor del abad y monasterio de Santa María de Armenteira, de todo quiñón de heredad que perteneció a su tío Pedro, fraile de dicho monasterio, sito en la feligresía de San Fiz de Loys y en tierra de Salnés.
