Alfonso IX prohibe a los ricos hombres y merinos entrar en el coto del monasterio de San Esteban de Ribas de Sil a solicitar pedido o administrar justicia, y al merino real le prohibe ejercer su jurisdicción en las posesiones del dicho monasterio situadas fuera de su coto.
