Pay Arias renuncia a todas las demandas que tenía contra sus hermanas Maior y Aldonza Arias, monjas en el monasterio de San Pedro de Vilanova de Dozón, por razón de unas heredades en Cotarelo, Castrelo y Piñor, comprometiéndose a vender, empeñar, arrendar o cambiar unas heredades que los tres tienen en Guimarei.
