Abt Konrad II. Holzmann, Prior Johann Bückling und der Konvent des Klosters Langheim verleihen mit Zustimmung des Bischofs Ernst zu Bamberg Cuntz Rupp ein Söldengut mit allen zugehörigen Grundstücken bei Roth (Lk Lichtenfels) als Erbzinslehen. Bedingungen und Abgaben werden aufgeführt; Grundstücke werden grob verortet.
